A mod for Claude Code: a small plugin that draws its own panel next to the conversation. This one reads a self-hosted Vikunja board and shows what is in progress, what is blocked and what is waiting, so the record of the work sits beside the work.

  • three lanes (Doing, Blocked, To-Do) grouped by project, with filters for assignee, project, priority and due date
  • the task the session is working on opens by itself and is re-read every 10 seconds
  • find a task by the number on its card, in any project or lane
  • a Start session button on each task, with a folder picker
  • a demo mode with an invented board, for screenshots and for trying it without a server

The panel reads the tracker directly, so it costs no model calls. It watches for calls to vikunja-mcp-ng, the MCP server the agent uses to work the board, to know which task the session is on. MIT licensed.

Used by hand on a real board in the desktop app on Windows. Saving a folder label, creating a folder and Start session have so far only been proven against a fake tracker.
